A Friday ritual. A single photo - no words - capturing a moment from the week. A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savor and remember. Happy Friday!
Do You Use Shutterfly?
'Cause you should.
I think someone at Shutterfly is a mom, like me. I take a TON of pictures and I rarely remember to get them printed. But you know what's AWESOME about Shutterfly? They pull the date information from your picture file and write the date it was taken on the back for you. You can even have the names of the people in the picture printed on the back--all for free! The name thing would take me too long because I take 500 million pictures, but I love that they help me remember the date.
You know what else is awesome about Shutterfly? If you're a blogger, you can get 50 FREE photo cards! You know what that means? It means you guys just might get family pictures of us this year! :) If you want to take them up on this fabulous offer, go here for more information. Now, I just have to decide which one of their many beautiful cards I want to send this year!
Maybe this one?
Or this one?
You'll have to wait and see! But if you want to check out all of Shutterfly's awesomeness, here's the links for you:

· holiday cards
· Christmas photo cards

Things You Never Knew You Never Knew
Hello! Resident fashionista, Emilia, here. I've got some fashion tips that most of the world doesn't seem to know about yet, so I thought I'd hack into mommy's blog to help spread the word a little faster. That way we can all be dressing better and looking our best sooner rather than later!
Tip #1
If two hair clips are a good idea...

SIX hair clips are a GREAT idea.

Tip #2
No matter what Stacy and Clinton say, purse and shoe matching IS the thing to do.

Tip #3
If you own a Dorothy dress (and every girl should), wear it for 2 days in a row...three days if your mom will let you.

Tip #4
Seasonal clothes are totally mix-n-match. So are socks.

Tip #5
Red glitter shoes go with any outfit (but they don't fare so well in the dirt pile...just in case you were thinking of wearing your Dorothy shoes to play king of the orange clay dirt pile with your brothers, I suggest you reconsider...I'm just sayin' it wasn't the best idea I ever had.)

Tip #6
It's never too early to start babywearing and November is the PERFECT time to wear sleeveless dresses.

And now you know.
You know what GI Joe says about that.
