Playing Dress Up

Even though she doesn't have much hair yet, Emilia has a nice little collection of hair bows. We keep them in a box in her room and she likes to look at them and take them out of the box, "sort" them on the floor, put some in her hair, some in my hair, put some back in the box, take a couple back out, take the bows out of her hair, put them in mine, take a couple out of my hair put them on the floor, choose one or two more to put back in her hair, dump out the box to find the one she's looking for, put it in her hair...well, you get the idea! Every time we've done this, she's been entertained by these bows for a minimum of 15 minutes. Who knew hair bows would be such great toys? This is a picture of her after some quality "bow time"' today. She chose all three of the bows in her hair and put them where she wanted them. You may be wondering how she does that, huh? She takes the bow and smacks it on her head and then looks at it with a befuddled expression, wondering why it didn't stay there. Then I take it and put it wherever she tried to smack it. I had 3 or 4 in my hair, too, but sadly, I did not get a picture of me.
